Here is the level up chart
Each time you level up you get 15 new skill points to distribute between your stats. And it also determines spells and skills, and items you can use. Also you get another 300 hp per level.

1-2 win 10 fights
2-3 win another 15 fights (25 total)
3-4 win total of 45 fights
4-5 win total of 70 fights
5-6 win total of 90
6-7 win total of 115
7-8 win total of 150
8-9 win total of 200
9-10 win total of 300
10-11 win total of 450
11-12 win total of 1000
